Puente Enterprises has partnered with Chef Stephan Pyles (Star Canyon, Stampede 66 and newly opened Flora Street Café) to bring a modern twist to Texas BBQ in Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport’s flagship Terminal D.

Stampede 66 Express will take a slice from the menu of Pyles’ Stampede 66 downtown Dallas restaurant as a fast casual BBQ location opening late this summer. House-made sausage, spit-roasted pork sandwiches and “serious sides” will specifically be created by Chef Pyles for this airport outlet.
